By agreeing to these terms, you agree to not hold us liable for any such damages.

We have no intention of revealing your email address to anyone. However, use of the service is a privilege and not a right. We will reveal your details if required to do so by court order or other such legal action. If we are satisfied that your alias has been used in criminal activity such as 'phishing' we will have no hesitation in sharing your email address with the investigating authorities. By agreeing to these terms, you give us this consent.

use of mailexpire is a privilege, not a right. We play our part by working hard to keep this free service up and running. In return, we expect that you will not abuse it. We reserve the right to withdraw this service from anyone who is, in our judgement, unreasonable in their use of the service.
